Guiyang Southwest Guizhou

The Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in southwestern Guizhou is located in the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Guizhou provinces (southern regions), southwest of Guizhou Province, and the southeast end of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. The ground span is 104 ° 35′-106 ° 32 ′ longitude east, 24 ° 38′-26 ° 11 ′ north latitude, 210 kilometers long from east to west, and 177 kilometers wide from north to south. It is bordered by Luodian County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the east, and Longlin, Tianlin, and Leye counties across Guangxi across the river in the south, and Fuyuan, Luoping County, and Panzhou City in Liupanshui in the west.
The Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the southwest of Qiangzhou and Guizhou belongs to the North and South Panjiang Basin of the Pearl River system, and is a typical low-latitude and high-altitude mountain area. The whole terrain is high in the west and low in the east, and high in the north and low in the south. The highest point is at the peak of Qishe and Xingyi Plateau in Xingyi City, with an altitude of 2207.2 meters. The lowest point is at the estuary of Daluo River, Hongshui River, Wangmo County, with an altitude of 275 meters and a height difference of 1932.2 meters. The terrain within the prefecture is highly undulating and complex, and can be divided into 5 different landform areas, namely low mountain erosion mountain canyon area; karst plateau trough area; karst erosion plateau area; karst erosion mountain area; eroded mountain valley area.
The climate in the southwestern Guizhou Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid climate zone. The average annual temperature is 13.8 ~ 19.4 ℃, the average temperature in January is 7.1 ℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is -8.9 ℃ (as of February 14, 1968, now Anlong); the average July temperature is 23 ℃, and the extreme maximum temperature is 40.2 ℃ (April 2006) Sunrise on June 11th).
The frost-free period in the southwestern Guizhou Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture averages 317 days per year, with the longest being 365 days and the shortest being 219 days. The annual average sunshine duration is 1589.1 hours. The average annual rainfall is 1352.8 millimeters, and the average annual rainfall days are 189 days, with a maximum of 216 days (1981) and a minimum of 137 days (2009). The maximum annual rainfall is 2047.8 mm (Qinglong County in 1965) and the minimum annual rainfall is 737.1 mm (Xingren County in 1989). Rainfall is concentrated from May to September each year, with the most in June. The heat is abundant, the rainfall is abundant, the rain and heat are in the same season, the frost-free period is long, and it is warm and moist all year round.
